Tree Bramches with Photographer Silhouette

Tried to take tree branch silhouette but captured myself in the foreground. Do not know why there is texture artifacts on the tree trnks and the photographer image. I did not like the scene which was taken in color. Converted to sepia under old time filter in PSE 11.   Unfortunately there is a white line  across the top 1/3 of the photo that is the curb         The leaves of this maple tree just starting to leaf out.  Could use in an art journaling page with other photo related images.
