Funnel Cake CU at Dixie Classic Fair - Texture

Went to the Dixie Classic Fair in Winston Salem, NC, on Thursday night.  I decided I had to have a funnel cake.  I took a picture of the whole plate and then did a close up because of the texture.  I should have shaken off more of the powder and would have seen more of the funnel cake design.  I do not want to eat almost the whole thing by myself again.  My stomach did not like all that grease.
