I love late summer and fall photo opportunities. On Sunday found a thistle seedhead in a weed patch along the road. Tried for a close up in color and then converted to B & W to see how that would look. Wanted to include leaf shape incase I use for garden journaling as helps with plant identification. Camera+ HDR-edits PSE. Also used color variation to decrease blue since taken in late afternoon.
