Today was Cinco de Mayo Day. Decided to fix Taco Salad as the main meal and had some tortillas with melted cheese for appetizer with a Margarita. I could not find my Margarita glasses, so "on the rocks" glass was used. I took the image outside using the porch banister and the background was the front lawn grass. I used natural lighting and so the front of the banister had a dark area which I used to put some text.to commemorate the occasion. Because of condensation, crushed ice, and margarita mix the drink was not clear. Some salt missing from the rim as I had been sipping before I captured the image. For dessert made a chocolate sauce and dipped fresh N.C. strawberries in it. Yum!!Tuesday, May 5, 2015
